As the first community in Burbank to achieve LEED Gold Certification status, we are dedicated to building and maintaining a healthy, environmentally mindful living environment for our residents and for the planet. To support that, we have implemented a range of green initiatives and design measures within our walls to decrease utility costs and keep our footprint small.
